The Operator Brief Keystone · Advisor Pricing No. 004B / 2026

Advisor pricing

Two tiers on the advisor side. Walk in holding the client’s numbers.

A CPA, broker, fractional COO, or EOS implementer runs the same diagnostic across a book of clients from one login. Invite a client and the portal builds a pre-session brief with their 3 scores before the meeting starts, not after.

01

Advisor and Practice

One advisor, or a firm of five.

The portal runs the same engine your clients see, across a roster. Advisor is a single seat with 10 active client businesses. Practice is up to 5 seats and 30 active businesses, priced for the firm rather than the individual.

Subscribe at a price on this page and you keep that price for the life of the subscription, including through any future increase. Start at $399 today and it is $399 in year five. There is no grandfather clause to ask for and no renewal surprise.

Annual is monthly times ten on both tiers: pay for ten months, use twelve.

Your own company runs on the operator ladder, a separate subscription from the portal: Free, Operator, Command, and Portfolio pricing.

02

What the portal does

One roster, every client already scored.

01

The pre-session brief

Invite a client and the portal runs the same 18-question diagnostic they would run themselves, then assembles a brief with their 3 scores ahead of the meeting. You open the conversation holding the number, not asking for one.

02

The client roster

Unlimited client businesses sit on the roster: 10 active at a time on Advisor, 30 on Practice. Every client joins through one invitation from your dashboard, not a separate account per business.

03

The firm view

Practice adds up to 5 advisor seats sharing that same roster, white-label PDF export for client-facing reports, practice-level analytics across the book, and priority support. Advisor stays a single seat.
